Frozen samples

General protocol for preparation of frozen tissues:

Tissue specimens cut into pieces of approximately 1cm x 1cm x 0,5cm are snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen not more than 30 min after the surgical excision and then stored into -80°C freezer. Preparation can vary according to client's specifications.

  • Metabolic Disorders
  • Normal Tissues (up to10 hours post-mortem)
